When you submit a coaching inquiry, you share your coaching interests, current role, goals, preferred timing, name, email address, and any organization you choose to include.

How your information is used

Your responses are used to review your inquiry and contact you about coaching. Submitting this form does not sign you up for a newsletter or create a coaching engagement.

Where your responses go

The website is hosted by Netlify, and inquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Authorized project administrators can access submissions. Netlify also processes technical information needed to provide hosting, security, and spam prevention. Learn more in Netlify's privacy policy.

Share only what is needed

Please do not include health records, legal documents, passwords, confidential employer information, or other sensitive details. A brief description of your goals is enough for a first conversation.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. If you would like to correct or request removal of an inquiry, submit a new inquiry referencing your earlier submission or reply to a follow-up email. Please do not repeat sensitive information in your request.

Browser storage

This website does not save intake answers in your browser after you leave or reload the page. It does not include advertising trackers. Your answers stay on the page if a submission fails so that you can try again.
